"Night Vision" @ You & Me Candy Variety, Los Angeles
This is a two-person exhibition featuring Ben Shaffer & I at "You & Me Candy Variety, Los Angeles" a new alternative space located next to the L.A. River in Echo Park, Los Angeles.
We took over this small space trying to create a space that reflected on living in the safe haven of Los Angeles during a time of war. My paintings depict a violent and chaotic L.A. jungle scene in which Shaffer's "Dirt Bombs" fall from the sky and a shattered mirrored sculpture precariously standing in the center of the room.
